This award-winning new home for the senior management of the Bestech group is designed in an abstracted form of an unfolded lotus flower.
Sustainability at its heart
With sustainability at the heart of design principles, the scheme was awarded a GRIHA certificate for its green credentials. Similar to BREEAM and LEED, GRIHA is the Indian government’s green certification authority.
The building won the prestigious 2015 International Property Award for Best Office Architecture in the Asia-Pacific region.
The concept design was produced in Chapman Taylor’s London studio, and the later stages to completion were undertaken by its New Delhi studio.
