Didcot’s Orchard Centre wins planning approval

Chapman Taylor’s design proposal for the expansion of South Oxfordshire’s popular shopping destination in Didcot has been granted planning permission.

The expansion of the Didcot Orchard Centre will add 150,000 sq ft of shopping and leisure space to the existing layout, including a new M&S food hall, 6 new cafes and restaurants, gym, extended car park and newly landscaped amenity space.

Construction is to being early 2016 and due to complete by mid-2017.
