New-look completed for Victoria Centre in Nottingham, UK

Our asset enhancement project at the Victoria Centre in Nottingham is now complete in time for Christmas trading.

The £40m regeneration project started two years ago and involved the redesign of both the inside and outside of the centre.

Over 3000 local construction jobs were created during the construction phase and 250 new retail jobs will be created as part of the improvement to facilities, the addition of new shops and the creation of a new restaurants area.

Chapman Taylor is a specialist in asset enhancement and in reinventing architectural spaces. Along with designing new buildings, a core part of our business has always been the improvement of the financial and environmental performance of existing buildings through creative and intelligent intervention.

Our refurbishment portfolio ranges from the award-winning redevelopment of St Pancras International Railway Station to the interior design of the food court in Carrousel du Louvre in Paris. No matter how large or small the project, we strive to produce creative design solutions which increase the value of our clients' property assets.
