Mixed Use: Chapman Taylor wins international competition in Tallinn, Estonia

An architectural competition to design a new waterfront destination in Tallinn has been won by Chapman Taylor. The competition was established to design a world-class mixed-use project with retail, leisure and an office park on one of Tallinn's most prominent waterfront locations. The completion of the project is planned for Estonia’s 100th anniversary in 2018.

Seven architects were shortlisted out of the 22 applicants and Chapman Taylor was selected due to our fresh and contemporary approach to the design of the retail and office facilities that complement the existing surroundings.

The scheme will span over 160 000 m² and will help boost Tallinn’s reputation as a world-class port destination.
