Radisson Blu Hotel & spa opens in Karjat, India

Chapman Taylor’s 5* Radisson Blu Resort & Spa in Karjat opened it’s doors on Saturday.

The 102 room hotel retreat is positioned in the foothills of the Sahyadri Mountains and along the Ulhas River and only a two-hour drive from Mumbai and Pune. The key attribute of the project is the riverside location and the magnificent views across the river to the distant hills which wrap around the the site.

The luxury hotel is made up of a series of connected courtyards that maximise views of the river and imaginatively bringing visitors closer to the landscape.

Chapman Taylor London & New Delhi developed an ‘eastern’ design theme for the hotel combining the compelling beauty of a far-eastern resort with hints of Thai and Balanese architectural styles with an internal narrative celebrating Indian design, culture and spirit.
